I just wanted to show you something that might be helpful when starting your day. Writing down your schedule for the day. If it is a busy day, it might be better to just write down your goals–no more than 3 to 5.
Being ADHD, the different colors helps me to retain the information. Making processing the information easier to read and recall later. Just thought I would share.
