It is the start of a new year and I hope 2015 was a good one for you. It seemed like a huge learning experience–for the good–for me.
I learned that Adderall isn’t for everyone. I have switched to Straterra and in a matter of days the non-stimulant ADHD medication has allowed me to sleep so well!
I learned that it is ok to forget about the death anniversary of your Mom when you’re having fun. Still honor those you love, living and deceased, but it doesn’t have to be on that particular day. Death is natural as is loss but remember that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience and live like it!
Job hunting can take a long time in today’s economic recession, depending where you live and search, which can be depressing and struggling to deal with. Taking the first job offered does not mean it is the best for you. It means that people are probably desperate, just like you, which does not help anyone in the long term. Set goals, requirements, and stick to them. It will pay off when you find the right job for you.
What have you learned in 2015?
Happy New Year,
